How does an individual societal leader navigate the complex journey of leadership in an undefined and continually-evolving world? The Foundation has developed the 4C Leader Framework™ as a way for individuals and organizations to understand where they are in the leadership journey, and to develop plans for the next leg of their endeavours. The 4Cs -- Competence, Character, Conviction, and Courage -- are points of reference to navigate by. Each encompasses many other leadership attributes and issues, but the four key attributes help the societal leader to navigate simply and effectively.
