They are creative and passionate, seeing new angles on old problems and taking concrete steps to envision and realize strategies and actions for societal progress. The Societal Shockwave™ initiative connects and supports these societal leaders in a deliberate, action-oriented collaboration process focused on accomplishing profound positive changes in our broader societal well-being.
The initiative has two key components: Shockwave Summits: a series of high-profile events bringing together societal leaders to make new and unique connections between their individual fields of endeavour, and finding innovative ways to connect their work, inspire others, and build momentum Shockwave Collaborative: linked collaboration structures connecting societal leaders in their ongoing work, creating clusters of highly connected organizations and individuals operating in alignment on key societal issues. The Shockwave Collaborative structure delivers increased impact, efficiency, and effectiveness for the way societal leaders work. The focus is not on any one societal issue, but on how we improve and innovate with the connections between societal leaders working within and across sectors.
